Associate Level
Oxfordshire
Located in the centre of a picturesque Oxfordshire town this traditional firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.
The opportunity has arisen due to succession planning, so an existing caseload of files is ready to pass over to the successful candidate. Although long established this firm adopts a flexible approach to work ensure a great work-life balance can be achieved.
The firm has enjoyed continued growth and is keen to continue the development of their small established commercial property team in line with client requirements.
The ideal candidate will be technically competent at dealing with a variety of transactions to include:
- leasehold and freehold acquisitions
- leases and renewals
- licenses to assign
- sub-letting
- surrendering leases
- acquisition of land for development
- residential developments
The position would suit an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor who has the desire to grow and develop the department. You will be fully supported in the role but expected to manage a full and varied caseload of files from initial instruction to completion.

Residential Conveyancer
Property Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer

Dynamic law firm based in Northampton require an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team. The firm continues to expand and so can offer fantastic career progression to those who seek it into a future Team Leader position.
Supported by a dedicated Paralegal, you will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion. You will deal with all aspects of the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential property as well as re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy and lease extensions. T
High quality new instructions are still expected now the stamp duty deadline has been met ensuring a continuous supply of work. Professional development and career progression is actively encouraged and supported by the firm. The team is friendly and experienced and so would suit and individual with a “can do” work ethic.

Private Client Solicitor
Senior Associate
To £60,000 per annum depending on experience

Due to growth, and to meet client requirements, this Oxfordshire based firm is keen to secure the appointment of an experienced Private Client Solicitor. Well known within the local community and with an enviable reputation this established firm maintain high standards of client care with an emphasis on quality, not quantity of work.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor with 6 years + PQE, STEP qualified (or working towards) and have a local following. There will be files and a steady stream of work passed to you however, you will have a natural flair for business development and be an avid networker who has the ability to grow the business.
The work will involve all aspects of private client services and the firm serves a diverse community.
The firm have recently invested heavily in technology and a new case management system. There will be some flexibility with working from home / office days each week. On-site parking and a generous benefits package is on offer.

My Nottinghamshire based client has an opportunity for an experienced general Litigation Solicitor to join their established practice.
This position would suit a senior level solicitor who enjoys working autonomously and is looking to progress to Partner. The support of an experienced paralegal and legal secretary is provided. The role is varied and the existing caseload of litigation files include:
• contentious probate
• professional negligence
• landlord and tenant
• partnership disputes
• contractual disputes
Due to the nature of the role and level of seniority, it would suit a commercially minded ambitious solicitor who may have plans to grow the department and progress.
